This Return Policy applies to purchases of NexoraHealth products from Slryxelluaghon through slryxelluaghon.world. Consumer rights under New Zealand law may apply in addition to these rules.

1. Cooling-off and eligibility

For sealed food supplements, hygiene and safety considerations may limit returns once the seal is broken. You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us promptly using the details in the footer.

2. Defective or damaged goods

If an item arrives damaged or materially differs from what you ordered, notify us within fourteen days of delivery with a short description and, where reasonable, photographs. We will explain whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

3. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on banks and payment partners.

4. Return shipping

Unless we confirm otherwise, you may need to return goods using a trackable service. Costs may be refunded when the return is due to our error.

6. International returns

If you receive goods outside New Zealand, return shipping costs, customs documentation, and local consumer rules may differ.
